1. What is a 3D wax printer?

A 3D wax printer is a specialised additive‑manufacturing machine that produces high‑precision wax patterns used for jewellery casting, dental applications, and investment casting. The printed wax models replace traditional hand‑carved or milled wax patterns.

2. Who are 3D wax printers suitable for?

Our printers are ideal for:

Print time depends on model size, resolution, and complexity. Small jewellery pieces may take 1–3 hours, while larger or highly detailed models may take 6–12 hours.

7. What is the warranty on your printers?

Our printers include a manufacturer or company warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

Consumables are not covered under warranty due to normal usage.

Printers may be returned if unused and in original packaging. Consumables cannot be returned once opened. Please refer to our Returns Policy in our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Yes. Our wax materials are formulated for clean burnout with minimal ash, making them suitable for professional casting workflows.
