3D Wax Printers

3D wax printing uses advanced digital modelling and high‑precision equipment to produce exceptionally detailed wax prototypes. This method is widely adopted in jewellery manufacturing and engineering, enabling the creation of intricate geometries for casting and significantly improving both production efficiency and final product quality.
Our 3D wax printers use high‑accuracy material‑jetting systems engineered for low‑viscosity thermoplastic wax, ensuring precise melt‑flow control and stable droplet formation. They produce layer thicknesses of 8–16 µm with feature resolutions below 100 µm, resulting in crisp, sharply defined edges. The wax formulations are optimised for consistent thermal expansion, rapid solidification, and extremely low residual ash (<0.01%) after burnout to minimise distortion during casting. Advanced capabilities such as closed‑loop droplet placement and multi‑material printing for soluble supports enable the creation of intricate internal geometries, thin‑wall structures, and complex patterns ideal for high‑precision investment casting.
