After submitting the form, a popup will appear allowing you to upload log files, images, and videos. A QR code will also be displayed so you can easily send photos directly from your mobile device. Whichever method you choose, please include: Your machine’s serial number, a brief description of the problem, photos and / or videos and log files. Our support team will review your case and respond with the next steps as quickly as possible.
